Collection: PLAYER ENTRIES
Western Australia's water polo community faces unique challenges. Geographic isolation, significant travel distances, and the financial barriers associated with interstate competition often limit opportunities for our athletes to regularly compete against new and highly competitive teams.
We know that to improve, athletes must consistently train and play against quality opposition. Put simply, to be the best, you need to compete against the best.
Our vision is to help Western Australian athletes bridge the gap and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the strongest programs across Australia. We want our athletes to be confident, competitive, and willing to push beyond their comfort zones in pursuit of excellence.
That is why we have introduced our collaborative training and touring teams. By bringing together athletes from across clubs and regions, we create opportunities for players to train with different teammates and coaches, experience new environments, and compete against some of the best teams in Australia and around the world.
These experiences are designed to accelerate development, build resilience, create lifelong friendships, and ultimately strengthen the standard of water polo in Western Australia for generations to come.
"Western Australia may be isolated by distance, but our athletes should never be limited by it."
